Modern company building – Material transport during construction

INITIAL SITUATION: During the construction of an ultra-modern and light-flooded company building, heavy construction machinery and materials had to be transported to the different floors and levels. Also in the setup phase, the transport of heavy objects was an important issue, many tons were moved. The curved lines in the interior presented a particular challenge, narrow radii had to be mastered.

SOLUTION: The solution: a SCHILLING-ALU-gantry crane with double beams. Thanks to its flexible design, every part of the building was accessible quickly and easily. With the light width of up to 7 meters, the curved parapets inside were easily bridged and heavy loads could be transported safely to the respective destination.

RESULT: The use of a SCHILLING-ALU-gantry crane represented great added value for all the companies involved during the construction, installation and relocation phase. Fast and uncomplicated, heavy machinery and materials could be transported safely to the respective floor.
