Custom made Aluminium Gantry Crane

Following on from our last news entry, we have recently delivered a new variation of our Custom Aluminium Gantry Cranes for one of our Norwegian clients.

This new Crane, compared to the previously introduced one, is "movable under load". The Crane allows the user to move the Gantry Crane while under load for example to position machines.

This Gantry Crane system has a load bearing capacity of 3.000 kg with a beam length of 6.000 mm.

The total height of the assembled Custom Aluminium Gantry Crane is between 3.210 mm - 5.010 mm, providing an enormous adjustment range in comparison to the very compact system dimensions. This height adjustment is accomplished with our <link _self internal-link>hand winches.

Through developments in wheel configuration including the well thought out positioning of the 8 wheels, the lateral stands now enjoy an additional level of stability in the assembly and disassembly process. As a result, the need for additional help in the assembly and erection of the Crane is no longer required.

Despite its enormous dimensions, the Aluminum Gantry Crane system can be assembled and disassembled with comparatively little effort. In the next picture it is clear to see, that this crane system is comprised of very few individual components.

As a result, the custom Aluminum Gantry Crane can be efficiently and compactly packaged and stored, for example in one of our <link _self internal-link packing and trasportation>Aluminium Packing and Transportation Boxes. These boxes are also excellently suited for our standard <link _self internal-link gantry>Aluminium Gantry Cranes.

The user can then be sure in all fields of operation that they have a complete crane system including accessories (such as <link _self internal-link>chain hoists) at their disposal.
