Growth needs space - extension of the production hall

The extension building at our production site in Friedrichshafen, Ernst-Zimmermann-Straße, will have an area of around 1,000 m². This new building is to be completed by spring 2019. Our continuous growth forced us to expand our premises, as space was still available on our own premises. For more than 2 months now, a temporary solution on the parking lot has been helping us to solve the long term bottlenecks.

In the new production facility is among other things the crane production. According to owner Martin Schilling, the relocation of parts of the production to the next building also creates additional capacities in the main buildings.

In addition to the space, the managing director is also driven by the shortage of manpower, which he sees as a great need. There are vacancies at SCHILLING Crane Technology in the production, development and commercial areas.
