ALU gantry crane / ALU slewing crane - mobile crane technology in wastewater treatment plants

Mobility and flexibility are the major advantages of crane technology from SCHILLING. The aluminum gantry crane, as well as the aluminum slewing crane, offers the ideal solution for lifting heavy loads in many indoor and outdoor applications. Due to the low weight and the flexible components, fast erecting cranes can be set up and put into operation directly without any expensive assembly costs or acceptance tests.

For example, a wastewater treatment plant needed a solution for maintenance work on pumping stations and for regular underwater work in the clarifier. Divers use this special crane with compressed air rope winch as a working aid for this underwater work on the clarifier.

SCHILLING crane technology can be assembled quickly without tools and is thus uncomplicated to use at the desired location. With a load capacity of 500 - 3000 kg, they flexibly cover most areas of application. The gantry crane systems are available in various lifting heights and working widths and can be configured by the customer in almost any way.

The slewing and jib cranes are also available in various designs and almost any conceivable operating environment. These lightweight cranes are also suitable, for example, for use in sewage treatment plants or similar outdoor applications. SCHILLING slewing cranes are also made of weatherproof aluminum alloys. The slewing crane is mounted by means of a base plate or a wall bracket.
