Aluminium Fork Mounted Hook and Aluminium Cross Beam for Big Bag

Following our presentation in August of our <link _self internal-link cross>Aluminium Cross Beams, we would like to round out the SCHILLING delivery program by introducing 2 additional products.

<link _self internal-link fork mounted>Aluminium Fork Mounted Hook

The load to be lifted is symmetrically attached. The load center point is therefore evenly distributed on both forks. It is guaranteed, through correct and careful use, that the danger of tipping of the fork lift (standing and also in movement) is removed. The movement of the Aluminium Fork Mounted Hook is also limited through mechanical clamping components.

The safety load hook can be rotated through 360°. This Fork Mounted Hook fits on almost all forklifts.
The freely adjustable fork attachment elements as simply used for the clamping of the unit to the fork lift forks.
 
The Aluminium Fork Mounted Hook is available in 3 variations:

• Article-Nr. 51150 – Load capacity 1.500 kg
• Article-Nr. 51300 – Load capacity 3.000 kg
• Article-Nr. 51630 – Load capacity 6.300 kg

The Big Bag Cross Beam has, just like the Fork Mounted Hook, two attachment points for the fork lift forks.

In addition, it is fitted with 4 outwardly placed attachment points, so that the loops of the Big Bag can be hung. The working width of the Cross beams correlate to standard Big Bag dimensions of 1.000 mm x 1.000 mm and the product is available in the following load capacities:

• Article-Nr. 54101010 – Load capacity 1.000 kg
• Article-Nr. 54201010 – Load capacity 2.000 kg

The Cross beam for Big Bag can also be directly attached eg. with a chain hoist and is thus an optimal accessory for our Aluminium Gantry Cranes.

With these two additional Lifting devices is our Cross beam program complete, allowing us to comprehensively offer our clients many different solutions in the Crane and Lifting Industry.
