Custom construction - Aluminium Gantry Crane System

We are pleased to present to you today a new Aluminum Gantry Crane System.

This system is an individual and customer specific custom solution developed for a client in Sweden.

The Custom Aluminium Gantry Crane’s load capacity of 2000 kg is possible despite its extreme height of 6m, and the 7.000 mm lengths of both its Aluminum Beams.

The complete Crane development and construction was undertaken with the most extreme task conditions in mind.

In addition to its enormous dimensions this custom Gantry Crane is also notable for its new wheel system.

Through developments in the configuration of the wheels, the lateral stands now enjoy an additional level of stability against tilting in the assembly and disassembly process. As a result, the need for additional help in the assembly and erection of the Crane is no longer required.

The new configuration incorporates spindle feet. The spindle feet can be manipulated manually via the hand wheel. To move the crane the wheel of the wheel kit is lowered.

To work with the Crane, the wheel of the wheel kit is cranked upwards so that the crane stands on the forks/feet .
