Gantry crane for great heights

Sometimes lifting work at greater heights is required, as in the case of one of our special customer products, the "gantry crane for great overall height".

A heavy and large computer system had to be mounted in a niche at a customer's site. However, this niche was located at a height of 3 meters. In addition, additional protective measures for the operating personnel were required due to the weight and the large height.

Our mobile gantry crane as a 4.80 m height variant with additional circulating operating belt was therefore the solution for this customer requirement. The user was able to move the load of the heavy computer system easily and safely from outside the danger zone.

The flexible fields of application as well as the variety of variants of SCHILLING gantry cranes allow to find the right solution for almost every application. The modern and modular aluminium lightweight construction of the cranes also simplifies the handling immensely.
