It is interesting in what different fields around the crane technique and lifting technique our products are used.
Whether the planting of palm trees near pools in southern holiday regions or for the construction of a parking garage. The Aluminium Gantry Cranes from SCHILLING are an optimal tool for all kinds of work.
This Aluminium Gantry Crane was delivered in the version <link _self internal-link gantry crane movable under>“movable under load”.
It has the advantage that the palms can be picked up easily and moved to the particular planting site. Through the park-brake trolley the load is secured. By releasing the brake mechanism (when pulling on the green band) the plant can be moved on the aluminum beam and subsequently positioned exactly.
The lifting and lowering or set down is then made with the help of the manual chain hoist. After completion of this job the crane can be moved aside or moved to the next job.
This Aluminium Gantry Crane type <link _self internal-link crane movable under load with double>"movable under load" with double beam was equipped with <link _self internal-link gantry crane with fixed directions>fixed directions casters. With this combination the Crane can be exactly moved lengthways or laterally.
The lateral stands have been placed on the concrete beams and moved there. Since a large distance across the pit had to be bridged an aluminum beam with over length where needed. For this reason we have chosen the type "double beam".
Since a very large lifting height is required, we have integrated an <link _self internal-link chain>electric chain hoist which allows a comfortable lifting and lowering of the load. In addition the Aluminium Gantry Crane is equipped with a <link _self internal-link trolley direction>manual trolley direction band. It allows the user to move the trolley with load on the aluminium beams while remaining outside of the hazardous area.
