Mobile aluminium gantry crane

If you are looking for a flexible aluminium gantry crane, then our mobile aluminium gantry crane is the right choice.

It has the same practical features as our stationary aluminium gantry crane and can also be moved flexibly on castors. It is light and easy to assemble and can simply be set up on site.

The crane can be adjusted in height and is equipped with a heavy-duty trolley, which is optimised for changing locations. Our extra-large wheels are ideal for uneven hall floors. Thanks to the smooth-running, steerable heavy-duty castors, the aluminium gantry crane can be easily moved and manoeuvred under load. Thanks to a polyurethane tread and integrated wheel and slewing ring brakes, our mobile aluminium gantry cranes are extremely safe to handle.

The block and tackle or alternatively the lifting straps can be picked up with the lockable trolley. Even under full load, the trolley is infinitely adjustable and can be locked in any position.

By using the horizontal adjuster, the usable length of the aluminium gantry crane can be infinitely adjusted between the side frames. The track length of the aluminium girder is variable. This creates significant added value and a high degree of flexibility for the user.

The aluminium girder can be taken apart for transport or storage purposes, for example, and is therefore extremely space-saving. It is lightweight, mobile, quick and easy to assemble. One of the two split support pieces can be used as a single aluminium support.

The interaction of the individual components is crucial. We make sure that everything fits together and is perfectly harmonised. This is the only way we can fulfil our own quality standards and produce an original SCHILLING crane with perfect ‘Made in Germany’ quality.

The lateral stands can be folded up effortlessly and can therefore be stowed, stored, and transported in a space saving manner.

One set of aluminium double beams
The aluminium beam can be taken apart, e.g., for transport or storage purposes, and is therefore extremely space saving.
The aluminium beam is relatively light, mobile, quick, and easy to assemble (a set consists of two single beams).

One overhead lockable trolley
The trolley is used to hold the chain hoist or alternatively the lifting straps.
Due to the overhead trolley, the maximum lift can be used in relation to the total height.

One integrated horizontal adjuster
Through the use of the horizontal adjuster the usable length of the aluminium Gantry Crane can be adjusted smoothly between the two lateral stands.
