Aluminium Gantry Crane with double beam

To compliment and round off our delivery program of Aluminium Gantry Cranes with "single beam", the SCHILLING product pallet also includes crane variations with "double beams".

With this crane type we also make the distinction between the two crane models:

• <link _self internal-link with doble>Aluminium Gantry Crane, stationary type – with double beam
• <link _self internal-link movable with double>Aluminium Gantry Crane, movable under load – with double beam

For load capacities of 1.000 kg and 1.500 kg the variation double beam is often used when a maximum lift height in relation to the total height of the crane needs to be attained, or when the beam lengths are extremely long.

For longer aluminium double beams we suggest exclusively our <link _self internal-link resp. pluggable>separable resp. pluggable beams.

Our Cranes with higher load capacities (2.000 kg and 3.000 kg), due to static and safety reasons, are always fitted with two aluminum beams (double beam).

The above mentioned advantage (maximized lift height) is naturally also present with this Aluminium Gantry Crane version.

The attachment point at the bolt of the trolley on cranes with "double beams" is above the upper edge of the aluminium beams.

A lifting device (<link _self internal-link>chain hoist) or appropriate lifting bands can be hooked into the trolley.

The trolley can be moved smoothly on the two aluminium beams and can be fixed in any position.
